Follow this link or text STOP to the bot. If you just subscribed within the last few seconds and wish to cancel, wait a few moments until you receive the welcome text before you unsubscribe in order to process the unsubscribe properly.

Fill the registration form out again with the same phone number and your new settings will be applied
